Construction Details:

Heavy-Duty Roof Support:

• Made from galvanized tubing, plates, and hardware for long-lasting durability.
• Six roof support bars mount evenly around the hay ring and extend slightly above the top rail to form a tapered, conical shape.

Flexible, Durable Roof:

• Crafted from 1/8" thick, UV-stabilized extruded rubber with high tear resistance.
• Designed to handle extreme hot and cold temperatures while providing a safe, flexible cover.

The rubber roof is bolted securely to each support bar and mounted lower to shield hay from wind-driven rain, while remaining safe for animals. If a horse or other tall animal raises its head quickly, the flexible roof prevents injury, unlike rigid metal or wood covers.
